Champions for Children Gala

In the heart of MetLife Stadium on October 13, 2023, the Champions for Children Gala unfolded with heartfelt purpose and unwavering dedication. Hosted by the Tom Coughlin Jay Fund Foundation, the event was a beacon of hope for families battling childhood cancer. Together, attendees raised over $1.6 million, a testament to their boundless generosity and commitment to supporting those in need.

The Jay Fund, born from Coach Coughlin's vow to honor Jay McGillis, a courageous young man who battled leukemia, has grown into a lifeline for families facing the physical, emotional, and financial strains of childhood cancer. With over 25 years of unwavering support, the Jay Fund has provided $24 million to over 5,600 families in Northeast Florida and the New York/New Jersey Metropolitan Area.

At this year's gala, guests gathered to celebrate the Jay Fund's remarkable impact and to pledge their continued support. Through heartfelt speeches and powerful testimonials, attendees were reminded of the profound difference their contributions make in the lives of those facing unimaginable challenges.

As the night came to a close, there was a sense of gratitude and optimism in the air, and gratitude to those who are dedicated to continue to support families tacking childhood cancer to assure they have the resources to face their journey with support, strength and resilience.
